Bio
Ruth Barwick serves as a financial advisor assistant to both Robert Templeton and Ryan Templeton, providing high-quality support to the Templeton Group at Cornerstone Financial Management. She started her career at First Citizens Bank in 1985 as a part time Proof Operator, then moved up to Nighttime Supervisor, eventually moving over to the Bankcard Department as a Customer Service Representative. Over the years she has worked as an administrative assistant at Centura College and Solid Surfaces.

Ruth is also a Certified Event and Wedding Planner providing this service mainly in the Columbia SC area. Her work in the event and wedding planning is usually in the beginning of the process. Especially in weddings, she tries to help the bride to be keep realistic ideas, while keeping her dream wedding in mind.
She is also a member of First Baptist Church of Gaston, where she was the WMU Director for four years. During that time, she also worked with the children of the church, assisting in the Sunday school department, helping with Vacation Bible School and other church events. She also worked with the Food Service team to help serve meals to the kids on Wednesday night. When the opportunity presents, Ruth will serve her church with missions, both local and abroad.
Her favorite pastimes include being with friends and family, spur of the moment road trips, (especially beach and mountains) music, and reading. She is also an animal lover, and currently has two fat and sassy cats at her home, Sasha and Bully.
Ruth considers her life to have been blessed more than anyone deserves, yet she feels her greatest achievement in this life is her wonderful son Bryan. He is an avid Clemson football fan. It is always fun to watch the games with him because he teaches her so much about the sport.
